Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prymo iOS application and related backend services (together, the "Service"), operated by Prymo ("Prymo," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Prymo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Prymo builds adaptive marathon and half-marathon training plans, tracks your runs, estimates your race readiness, and provides progress insights, reminders, and community features. Training plans and insights are generated automatically — including with the help of AI — from the information you provide and, if you connect it, your Apple Health data. The Service evolves over time: we may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Not Medical Advice

Prymo is a training companion, not a medical device, and nothing in the Service is medical advice. Training plans, readiness scores, and coaching suggestions are informational estimates only. Always train within your limits, stop if you feel pain or unsafe symptoms, and consult a qualified health professional before starting or changing a training program — especially if you have (or suspect) any medical condition, injury, or other risk factor. You are solely responsible for decisions about your training and health.

Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country) to use Prymo. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, to keep your sign-in credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features require a paid Prymo Pro subscription, purchased through your Apple ID via the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice through the App Store. Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; refund requests must be made through Apple.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data; reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Service; use the Service to harass others or post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content in community features; or use automated means to create accounts or generate load. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content and data you add to Prymo (such as run notes, profile details, and community posts). You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you share in community features.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service — including the app, its design, branding, software, and generated training content — is owned by Prymo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial training. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or any substantial part of it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Distance, pace, heart-rate, and readiness figures depend on your device, GPS conditions, and the data you provide, and may be inaccurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prymo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing affects statutory consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using Prymo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of Prymo after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
